How to make Html code text and image link

If you want place the text and/or the image on CENTER, just place the code <center> before and after the code
– If you want that the link will open on new window, write blank on target or top if you want open on the same window
On the example, the image link is this: http://www.tiptheme.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Icons-long-EN.png
While the link you want be open is this: http://wixstats.com/?a=1586&c=383&s1=
The result you will show is this:
